Delivery Information

Everything you need to know about UK delivery, express services, Click & Collect, customised orders and delivery rates.

Delivery summary

Free UK mainland delivery over £95 ex VAT Available on eligible UK mainland orders.
Standard UK mainland delivery £6.50, usually delivered in 3 to 5 working days.
Click & Collect available Free collection from our Newport Head Office, usually ready in 2 to 3 working days.
Customised orders take longer Printing or embroidery orders are usually delivered in 7 to 10 days after artwork approval.

Free delivery

Delivery is free for all eligible orders over £95 ex VAT to UK mainland addresses.

Please note that while we offer free UK mainland delivery, additional charges apply for delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Islands and non-mainland UK locations. Standard UK mainland delivery is £6.50.

Express delivery

Next Day and Express delivery services may be available on selected orders.

Click & Collect

We offer a free Click & Collect service from our Head Office in Newport, South Wales.

Simply choose Click & Collect as your delivery option at checkout. Orders are usually ready to collect in 2 to 3 working days.

Returns & exchanges

You can return an eligible order or item up to 28 days from the day you receive it. For full details, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page.

Orders with printing or embroidery

Orders that require printing or embroidery customisation are usually delivered in 7 to 10 days after artwork has been approved.
